Secondly Completely four bins in our stationary and mobile asphalt drum mix plants are all welded and modular in design, allowing for easy addition of bins to meet growing needs. Each bin has its own A.C. motor and gearbox to manage and regulate the flow of aggregates. The aggregates flow freely from the feeders in all four bins, reducing material hold-up in the corners and bridging with sticky aggregates. Thirdly The scrapper-equipped gathering conveyor is powered by an A.C. motor. After removing oversize pieces, the aggregate from the gathering is supplied to the drum through a slinger conveyor.
